Will my free trial charge me automatically?
No. Starting a seven-day family trial does not require a card. A parent must separately choose and purchase a membership.
What is included for each child?
New family accounts include up to three separate learner profiles. Each has their own grade-based activities, saved game progress and rewards.
Do Partner links include a discount?
Yes. A valid Focusplay Partner link gives a new family 20% off the first three monthly payments, or 20% off the first yearly payment. The offer is applied automatically after signup and cannot be combined with another promotion.
Can I cancel a paid membership?
Use Family membership in your parent account to manage billing or cancel renewal. Access continues until the end of the paid period shown in your account.
Do you offer a school plan?
Yes. Tell us about your school so we can discuss your grades, learner count and setup.
